The 模拟中心 for 健康科学项目 provides a dynamic educational and realistic technological approach to patient care through the use of innovation with high fidelity mannequins and collaborative approaches.
The 模拟中心 is located in 房间 2500, and includes Skill Lab 房间s that are fully equipped to practice all clinical skills on sophisticated manikins. All skills labs can be video monitored and recorded. All 健康 science programs have an opportunity to participate in the SIM Center, 使用不同的程序.
Simulation is an essential learning experience for students as they can practice on manikins and use equipment in a realistic environment to make sure they are well prepared and ready to work in actual clinical settings.

The Saint Paul College 模拟中心 offers learning opportunities for both novices to professional providers through a modernization of technological simulation, enhancing individual/ therapeutic knowledge and advanced care management to benefit an assorted population of constituents which includes students, 业务/industry/labor and the medical municipal.
New 健康 and Science Alliance Center
The new 健康 and Science Alliance Center includes a new 模拟中心. The new 模拟中心 has 3 ICU beds, 1手术室中心, 1药学技术中心, 1 Med-Surg with Isolation 房间 Center, 1 .长期过渡护理中心, 1 Physician Office Center and will simulate a hospital and long term care setting that is fully equipped to practice all clinical skills. This new design is equipped with state of the art high fidelity and low fidelity mannequins, The center has two High Fidelity Sim Man, 一个高保真斯坦, one high fidelity SimMan 3G® manikins, one high fidelity SimBaby® manikin and one SimNewB® manikin. A Med-Dispense sy阀杆 will be available in the Pharmacy Technician Center that will allow medications to be dispensed through simulation based studies.
